La Table de l’Abbaye invites you to a truly gourmet meal in Provence. Here, local gastronomy isn't just celebrated; it's savoured with passion. The chef offers the great Provençal classics, imbuing them with generosity, authenticity and conviviality. Everything is done to preserve the soul of warm, family-style cooking. Each dish tells a story – that of local producers, sun-drenched markets and the expertise that shapes the region's culinary identity. The experience is extended by a deliberately accessible wine list, featuring fine local selections carefully chosen to enhance every mouthful.

The Abbey Table
By the poolside, our Table celebrates the terroir. Here, the cuisine is authentic, generous, and entirely homemade, made from local and seasonal produce. Under the signature of Chef Guillaume Rigaudias, each dish celebrates taste: olive oil, aromatic herbs, market vegetables, and grilled meats. A sincere and gourmet cuisine, where tradition is savoured with simplicity, precision, and conviviality.
La Table de l’Abbaye also invites you to discover its rotisserie with sunny aromas, featuring golden, melt-in-your-mouth meats, carefully prepared to enhance the pleasure of sharing. Here, we take our time: time for an al fresco lunch, for dinner under the soft evening lights, and for those moments when we come together over generous dishes.
